How do I shop online?
1. Select the item you would like to buy, choose color, size, and quantity (for appropriate), then add to your Shopping Cart. Then click – ‘Check Out’ button.
2. On the checkout page, you can review and add in the billing details.
3. When you complete, click – ‘Proceed to PayPal’ button, you will be taken to the payment page. Make sure you review this page carefully, as you will not be able to change the order once payment has been processed.
What payment methods are available?
PayPal, major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay as a form of payment.
What information do you require when I check out?
You will be asked for your credit card number, the expiration date, the card holder’s name, and CVV number (last three digits at the back of your card).
What security checks are in place to make sure my purchase is safe and valid?
All credit card holders are subject to authorization by the credit card company. If the company refuses to or does not for any reason authorize payment, then we will not be able to accept your order.
When will I be charged?
Upon placing the order, we will obtain a credit card authorization for the entire order value. The payment will be requested from the credit card. If you submit the application of order cancellation and our customer service team approves the application, you will receive the refund which will take up to 30 working days depending on your issuing bank. Please contact your bank directly if this authorization hold does not drop off.
How long can I keep the items in my shopping cart?
Items remain in your shopping cart for as long as your account is at active status, but inventory is not guaranteed until you submit the order and settle the payment successfully.
An error message says my card details are incorrect.
Please make sure that you entered all details exactly as they appear on the card. The card number should be entered without any spaces. The CVV number is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card. Also, please check whether the expiry date is valid.
Products can only be refunded providing that they have been unused with the original packaging. No exchange for all products. Customers should bear the item shipping cost of returning to our warehouse.
Save for quality problems, each item can only be returned once. No refunds are permitted for sale goods and promotion items.
All earrings products including pierced and non-pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

1. First, please email our Customer Service Team for applying for returns or refunds. For damaged items, please also attached related photos for evidence. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a return form. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
2. After approval, please ship the returned item to the address shown on the page of Return within 14 days. Upload the tracking number after you ship in order to monitor delivery status. Please note, you have to pay the shipping fee of delivering your order back to our warehouse and be responsible for the safety of the delivery. If the shipping fee is insufficient, the warehouse has the right to reject receiving your returned item. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fee incurred. If you are not able to upload the tracking number in time, the application of returns and refunds will be automatically canceled. You must apply it again.
3. Upon the arrival of your returned item at our warehouse, we will promptly process your refund. We will credit your original credit card of payment within 30 working days.
4. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Normally your account will be refunded within 30 working days, but it varies depending on your card issuer, bank, or electronic payment agency.
